Intellectual Property Rights means patents, trade marks, rights in respect of logos and get up, trade names, designs, domain names, copyright, database rights, semi-conductor topography rights, utility models, other intellectual or industrial property rights and any rights therein, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including applications for registration, and all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect anywhere in the world including any such rights which may now or in the future subsist;

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05299925 and our registered office is at Suite 3B, Princes House, 38 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN. This is also our main trading address. 3.2 We are a public limited investment company regulated by the Alternative Investment Market, part of the London Stock Exchange and authorised and licensed by the Oil & Gas Authority, an agency of the UK Government.
3.3 The UKOG logo is a UK registered trade-mark of UKOG.

4. Accuracy of Content

12. Applicable Law

You and us both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
12.2 If you are a business, these terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
